First time here. Oil change and a/c issue. Service was completed in great time at a good price. So far a/c works good. Will definitely give them a second try the next time I am in need of repair.

After getting terrible estimates from the dealership, they fixed the car in one week and is now driving smoothly without any coolant leaking. There is a minor body shop repair to be done caused by this terrible dip near the tollway. They recommend Harvey's Collision Center. Anyways the BMW i3 is now driving. Great shop.

I recently took my car in because my check engine light turned on. I have tried other Auto Repair businesses and none of them can compare to Randy and his staff. I have been a customer now for 9 years, only take my car for oil changes somewhere else and I recently found out that what I have been told by them has been completely wrong. The only mechanic I trust in Dallas. Have visited multiple times over the past couple of years when others were trying to charge me a ton for alleged issues; but when I took it to Love Field Auto for a second opinion, the issue always turned out to be something completely minute, and they tweaked it back to good as new for no charge. Saved me a ton. Will DEFINITELY be using them whenever I wind up having a serious issue because I can trust that they're not going to lie to me and try to get all extra on me.
